Every time out family goes on a walk, my 5-year-old ends up giving me a tiny fistful of wildflowers. It never fails to melt my heart, but the precious dandelions and buttercups are always a bit too short for keeping in a regular vase. This is a way to turn little spice or baby food jars into tiny vases for those precious bouquets. The matte spray gives the glass a frosted finish, and it gives the gold acrylic paint a surface that it can cling to to help prevent it from scratching off.
